I truly believe that it’s crucial for my couples to be completely comfortable and at ease in front of my lens. In order for me to deliver those heirloom quality images that tell your unique story, we need to get to know each other a little bit long before your wedding day. Some couples prefer a dreamy more formal and dramatic style while others want their images to reveal their playful or adventurous spirit. It's all up to you. I don’t just show up on your wedding day. In addition to meeting with you a few times before your wedding day, I’m working behind the scenes with you in mind. Often I coordinate with wedding planners, florists, venues and even clergy to make sure everything goes smoothly on your day. I love to visit venues the week of your wedding to assess lighting and discover perfect locations that will compliment your style. I might even text you from Home Goods if I see something you've been searching for that perfectly matches your esthetic! Yep, I've done that!
The more we connect before your wedding, the better I’ll get to know you as a couple. Sharing Pinterest boards with me is not unusual and is a great way for me to learn more about what you love right down to the smallest detail.
Speaking of details – I really love to photograph beautiful details. Before the wedding I ask my couples to set aside a handful of meaningful pieces ( rings, heirlooms, shoes, perfume, jewelry, invitation etc.) so I can photograph them for you to remember.
On your big day, I show up ready for anything the day may bring. I’ve found a delicate balance between being directive to get formal shots and stepping back to capture authentic moments. In other words, I know when to hide out on the sidelines, and when to shoot on the dance floor with you!
Within 10 weeks of your wedding, your images will be ready to view at your reveal meeting, where we will sip champagne and exchange memories of your day. Your digital images will also be placed in a password protected online viewing gallery. Canvas wall art, heirloom quality prints and albums are also available.

I’m happy to help find the perfect location – a hike in the woods, playing on the beach or taking a walk through a park, any way we can tell your story.
